I met Mark through a chance encounter while house shopping on the weekend. It was evident from the get go that he liked helping people find houses. By the time I was home I already had an email waiting for me specifically detailed to what I was looking for. After looking at many houses I ended up purchasing the first one Mark and I viewed. This told me immediately that he not only heard my requests, but sought to find them. Once we picked the house, it was DeAnna’s turn to help with the purchase. With this being my first house I assumed the paperwork and financial part of the process would be more painstaking but it wasn’t. DeAnna or one of her support staff (what’s up, Jamie!) was always ready to help and it went much smoother than anticipated. Not only can I recommend Unforgettable, but also the area. Myself, I couldn’t wait to get out of Houston but I also wanted to remain close enough that I can go in daily if necessary. I’ve had numerous friends visit and I have to kick them out, sometimes after a couple of days. It’s a vibrant area with plenty to do. I’ll see you at Bertha’s.
