Monday Morning Power Walk

The temperatures were a bit chilly overnight here in Montgomery!!  My power walk got delayed till about 10:00.

I enjoyed running into my neighbor, Connie, just starting her power walk too!  What a fun time we had talking about dogs, motorcycles, and other interesting topics as we got our morning exercise in.

Today is a Monday for sure.  We normally spend Monday mornings doing follow-ups from our open houses and showings over the weekends.  That is usually the time we have offers coming in from showings on our listings over the weekend.  This morning is no exception!!  We got an offer on our lovely Pebble Beach listing here in Walden on Lake Conroe.  Now to try to get the offer negotiated sucessfully!!  I will have to say that is my favorite part of our business.
